Add
a Vocalist To Your Ceremony

Your Vocalist
The addition of your
Vocalist (Family Member, Friend, etc.) to the Trio that is capable of singing in
a selected key and singing the same music from the same arrangement, is an
additional $100
Included in this fee is a 30 min. rehearsal with the Vocalist to take
place before our services begin

Professional Vocalist
The addition of our Vocalist (Professional Vocalist, hired by us) to the
Trio
is an additional $175
* A Music Fee and/or a
Transportation Fee may be applicable *
Overtime Clause
If a Wedding
Ceremony goes beyond the projected time allotment an overtime fee will not be
charged.
If a Wedding
Ceremony goes beyond the projected time allotment and interferes with the time
allotted for the Cocktail Hour then the Cocktail Hour Music will be extended if
necessary to insure that they're will be a complete hour of music for the
Cocktail Hour. An overtime fee will
not be charged in these circumstances.
If at the clients
will the Cocktail Hour Music needs to be extended beyond the complete hour, an
Overtime Fee will be charged.
If at the clients
will an event which is booked at an Hourly rate needs to be extended, an
Overtime Fee will be charged.
Overtime Fees
need to be paid either by check or cash by the end of the event.

Overtime Fees:
$25 per 15 minutes per musician.

Rehearsals
on day of the event no more that one hour before
Ceremony: $25 per person
·
Rehearsals
not on the day of Wedding, up to two hours
$150 per person

be subject to an additional Transportation Fee*

for special requests that are not on our Repertoire List and do not require
arranging:
$50
per piece or song.

Transportation Fee
is applicable to any gig outside of the Five Boroughs
of New York. $25 per person
for each hour each way out of New York City. Travel
time is calculated from Central Manhattan or Central Staten Island to the exact
location.
